Beef Harvest and Processing

Beef are harvested on Thursdays. We ask that beef are dropped off Wednesday between 12 pm and 5 pm or Thursday between 7 am and 9 am.

Beef are hung in our cooler between 11 and 14 days before processing.

  • Harvest - $90(divided between halves or quarters accordingly)

  • Processing - $0.85/pound

  • Stew Meat - $0.80/pound

    • Whole - 20 pounds

    • Half - 10 pounds

    • Quarter - 5 pounds

  • Quartering Fee (split between quarters) - $25/half

  • Sausage available upon request

Pork Harvest and Processing

Hogs are harvested on Wednesdays. We ask that hogs are dropped off Tuesday between 12 pm and 5 pm or Wednesday between 7 am and 9 am.

Hogs are hung in our cooler until Friday, when they are processed. Fresh product will be done the Friday after harvest. The smoked product will be done the following Friday.

  • Harvest - $50 (divided between halves)

  • Processing - $0.85/pound

  • Curing - $0.80/pound

  • Slicing - $0.60/pound

  • Breakfast Sausage 1# Chubs - $0.85/pound

  • Italian Sausage 1# Chubs - $0.85/pound

  • Fresh Bratwurst - $2.15/pound

  • Ground Pork 1# Chubs - No additional Charge

  • Sausage available upon request
